How much is the Sprint government employee discount? Does it apply to a data plan too?

I saw in the store that some companies like Walmart and Kroget get almost 20 percent.How much is the Sprint government employee discount? Does it apply to a data plan too?
I believe it's either 15% or 25% but that will depend on exactly where you work. It goes toward your monthly service charges....i.e. minute plan, vision, text, etc.....anything that is monthly recurring as long as it's eligible (total equipment protection would not fall in the catagory).
