I use an eyeshadow applicator and use the little amount of powder that sticks to the lid of the pot and put it on in tiny amounts, then more if I think I need it. If you run out of powder in the lid, then put the lid back on and shake it to get another small amount to stick.
If you put it on thickly the glittery colour will fall onto your face, but you probably already know that!

For instance in the Pyramid Solitaire I might get 15,000 for my score, but you only get 100 points for every 5 sets you clear, so I might only have 400 points that I earn.

Make sure you fill our any institutional aid forms they have, most colleges offer numerous scholarships, and you only have to fill out one application for it. A financial aid counselor can usually find you what you need if you explain your situation to them.
Another tip:: If your parents have anything less than perfect credit, apply for the credit check for a parent plus loan. If they are denied, you will be considered independent and will be eligible to receive double the funds on your yearly stafford loans. What's more, half of the loan will be unsubsidized, which means the government will pay the interest while you are in school.
If all else fails, and you are unable to get enough grants and such to pay for college, you may want to go with an alternative loan. (Sallie Mae is wonderful). the plus of the concession is that they hold shops on several differente lines... so you go everywhere...
also, since the shops are usually duty free, they cant open while in port, so you dont work.
you are staff, rather than crew, so you get better cabins, deck priviledges etc.
there are 2 major concessions for the shops

Ive worked for Carnival as a receptionist, then i moved to the concessions that run the shops onboard.
the plus of the concession is that they hold shops on several differente lines... so you go everywhere...
also, since the shops are usually duty free, they cant open while in port, so you dont work.
you are staff, rather than crew, so you get better cabins, deck priviledges etc.
there are 2 major concessions for the shops

I have been working on ships for over 6 years now. In my opinion it is a life changing experience that has many positives and very few negatives.
You will have the opportunity to spend time with like minded people with adventurous spirits and a common love for travel. Depending on the cruiseline, you will have the chance to see many countries around the world.
The pay varies depending on your experience, the job you do and your length of service. The advantage is that you will not pay tax, have your accommodation, food, medical and return flights paid for. Due to this, you save 95% of what you earn. To give you an idea, when I started, I earned a measley US$1000 per month. Today, I earn about US$6000 per month and get paid vacations. Do you know anyone who can pay $5,500 a month off their mortgage? *If you are from the US, some cruiselines deduct Federal Taxes from your pay, others do not.

Social Host - $1500-2000 per month
Waiter - $2000-5000 per month depending on tips
Casino - $2500 - 4000 per month

I would like to do Anatomy Pathology and am at King's Coll, London, UK, a partner university. I would like to study/work in Atlanta when I qualify. Emory has wonderful upperclass living and graduate living. It's the Clairmont Campus. It has its own olympic swimming pool, gym, and shuttle service to main campus. I assume this is where you'll be living since, most international students live there. There are two options, one is tower, where you'll share an apartment with another roomate. The other is the ';apartments'; where you would live with three other ';flatmates'; each all having a room of your own.
You can live off campus, but it's a lot of hassle, since you would probably need a car there to get around the atlanta area. However, you can always work on campus. They pay pretty well beginning from $8.50/hr. depending on what you do. Most likely it'll be something easy and you'll have time to study. This is done through the financial aid office. They have to qualify you first. Again you can find their info on the website.
As for information about the program, try going to the website and looking for the departments. and they should have department head, or prof. numbers and email listed. I believe school starts next week, so you should probably contact them then.
Emory actually costs quite a bit. I think the tuition went up to $44,000 a year, but if you qualify (most international students do.) you'll get grants and aid. So it wouldn't be too much burden for your family.

If your face isn't pale already, make it seem like a little bit paler than your regular face colour. :D

Now if you're opting for like, harajuku girls style, try putting on fake eyelashes and darker eyeliner + bold eyeshadow.

I'm not an expert, but I do get compliments on my makeup and I think I'm good at doing it.
So what you should do is line the top with a thick line of black liquid eyeliner and wing it outto a poin, going upwards, not to the sides.
Don't put and eyeliner on the bottom and dont wear mascara, umless you have really light eyelashes, then put some one but don't curl them.
The key would be to use dark liner. You want to fully line the eyes, all the way around, as close to the lash lines as possible. Really make sure it is fully finished. Fully lining eyes makes them looking smaller and more almond shaped. Also, exaggerate (slightly) the liner at the end of your eye (away from you nose). This will also help.
When you line your eyes, line the bottom 1st and draw it out a little and curve upward as high as you want the slant. Then line the top to connect with the bottom line, creating a point. This will create the illusion of long, slanting eyes.
Try doing the cat eye. To give your eyes more of a slant, apply a dash at the outer corner of your eye. Japanese also wear ALOT of bright, neon blue eyeshadow you try that :)
If your not Japanese you can't look Japanese! Only Japanese women can look Japanese!

In the US, some universities have need-blind admissions for freshman. In other words, they admit you based on your grades and etc., without paying any mind to your ability to pay.
But many universities only do this for a certain segment of their applicants. For example, many schools admit all freshmen need-blind, but they may consider the ability to pay when admitted transfer students, and most do consider the ability to pay when admitting international students. In addition, if a freshman student is borderline - let's say, they might be waitlisted rather than admitted - then financial need can come into play.
I'll give an example: if student X and student Y are both on the wait list, and have the same SAT/GPA, but student X won't need financial aid in order to attend - then student X would be admitted.

This is exactly how our president got into yale. His daddy donated a butt load of cash to them , to le his son in. thats how all this important people do it. its a capitalist country. Many will tell you to line the top lip and bottom lid with dark pencil. This is good only if you have large eyes. If you have small eyes it will make your eyes look even smaller and will make you look like a raccoon, and not the sexy goddess you want to be. So if you have small eyes I reccommend picking the top lid or bottom lid and not both. Also, if you are paler try not using black eyeshadow but something a bit lighter. You cannot file 2006 online. AND, unfortunately, if you are due a refund, applying it to 2007 only means they will delay your 2007 refund because they must first process your 2006 return before they KNOW you applied it to 2007. This will take at least 6-8 weeks and could be longer.
Also, they will most likely hold your 2007 refund because 2006 hasn't been filed. Better hurry and get 2006 filed, but do them both at the same time. That way, IF you happen to owe tax in 2007, you can apply any refund you might possibly have from 2006. This might wipe out any tax due for 2007 AND keep you from getting hit with a penalty.

Whether it is in class or when a friend is talking, I drift into another world. I think about something that is bothering me. A worrying thought comes over me like a cloud. I need to find a cure. I don't want drugs. I need some kind of a perspective. A new method that will help me concentrate greatly. With memorizing, learning anything quickly. I need to find a way in which my brain can concentrate. What is the trigger? Something deep.How can I focus? A method that I can apply to anything? I am the kind of person who can get easily distracted?
Just like anything else, it takes practice.
It also might help you to meditate on a regular basis. (meditation is not necessarily a religious thing, it's mainly a way to train the mind to either focus on something to gain a greater understanding of it, or to lose focus for the purpose of relaxation.)
To meditate try closing your eyes and relaxing someplace that is preferably quiet, dimly lit, and away from people, and drown out the noisy world with a white noise generator (or just hum) and try to feel the center of your mind, or just concentrate on a simple figure. Do not allow anything else into your mind, if words, images, or feelings enter your mind other than the shape you are imagining just stop yourself from allowing those things in and go back to your concentration.

How long should I wait till I decide to apply for non-professional jobs, such as in retail?
I've been out of work for the past 3 weeks... I have a college degree and office experience.. how long do you advise me to start applying for cashier jobs and such..should I wait till say the end of July to begin doing that... so far I'm sending out resumes daily for administrative spots.. the downside right now is I'm running out of funds to pay my bills... and I'm not eligible for unemployment benefits, either..How long should I wait till I decide to apply for non-professional jobs, such as in retail?

I worked for three years in Telecoms, then I decided to work for myself, but it was hard to keep good workers..I later invested in wholesale rings and watches. I get permits and set up at corners on streets and malls and such. I make over $82k a years doing easy stuff. Something to think about and it is rewarding too. meet new people from all over. I plan on going to Atlanta next week and set up there and make a few bucks. When the Super Bowl came to Atlanta I made over $15,000 in one day. I'm telling ya wholeslae distributors make money and so do you. The items sale themselves.
You can file your taxes at the end of the year so you have to discipline yourself with the money and set aside your living expenses and the rest is IRS and profit.How long should I wait till I decide to apply for non-professional jobs, such as in retail?

You also must not in any way slow down your search for a professional job -- try to get a ';meatime'; job at night or with flex hours so that you can still go on interviews
Don't stop the job hunt and don't feel down that you haven't landed a new position yet that is the right fit for you. We all go through these periods, you just have to keep your head highm, your nose to the ground and press on (no partying, watching TV spending time on much really until you have the job that is right for you -- work hard in construction, retail, bartending.. whatever you have to do with integrity until you succeed in the professional world).

I would take whatever job came my way...and then after that keep lookn for your ideal job...thats how I did it
