Hi. How much time do you have to wait since you apply for citizenship till you are asked to go to the interview? Has anybody been through that? Any opinions or sites i can look it up? Thanks a bunch.How much time do you have to wait from when you apply for citizenship till you go to interview?
Some cases 6-8 months, or some cases 2 years. Depends on the FBI name check and security clearance and also depends on the city of your local USCIS that you get interview. LA or NYC will take longer until the interview than for example Lincoln, Nebraska or Boise, Idaho.
