Don't Think More formalities.If you need Business loan like personal loan then all private sector banks are ready to do immediately provided you have 3 consecutive year Income tax returns.
If you do not have then do not worry just contact the agencies working for this then they will take care of rest just you have to pay their commissionn.
If you are seeking for Secured Business loan,CC or some other in this category and also if you havesomem property to fledge then you should ready to spend 3-5 % of amount to get this loan in Nationalised banks.
Do not waste your time in meeting bank managers and you will get negativdiscouragege answers from that seniors.So if you really need loan then kindlapproachch right agencies then they will get you on time but pay their commissions only after you get the loan not before that.
