I am seventeen and a half and do not live with my parents and I dont have any income. Can I get it on my own or does my mom need to apply for me or do I have to just wait six months.How old do i have to be to apply for medi-cal?
generally, the insurance plans thru the colleges and universities are very affordable. talk to your college counselor.
