ok, were a black liner on the top of the eye, that gets thicker toward to end of the eye. apply several coats of mascara, and it looks like they either used liners or cream shadows instead of eye shadows. to get this look you will need angled brushes for the best results. apply you shadow or liner thick, you can use other color combinations using the same technique to. they spread the shadows or liners a little farther from the eye at an angled point. they also applied the color and the bottom of eye. (with different color combinations it is not going to come looking as good with darker colors) they applied this underneath the bottom lash not before it on the inside of the eye. be sure to notice how the color is used completely around the entire eye. the blue color is also in the crease of the eye to, and mixes with green, (at the crease) on the side where the green color is. in the middle of the eye both colors mix, and the bottom lashes are spotted with blue mascara.
